STEP 01: SHARING THE CARGO REQUIREMENT
THE VESSEL OPEN POSITION
In this initial step, the parties involved exchange information about the cargo that needs to be transported and the availability of vessels. This involves specifying details such as the type and quantity of cargo, the preferred route, and the timeline for transportation.
STEP 02: FIRM OFFER & NEGOTIATIONS
AGREEMENT
Once the cargo requirements and vessel availability are clear, the next step involves making a firm offer. This includes presenting a detailed proposal outlining terms and conditions, such as pricing, payment terms, and any other relevant contractual aspects.
STEP 03: FIXING & PERFORMANCE
EXECUTION
After reaching an agreement through negotiations, the deal is "fixed," meaning that the terms are finalized, and the contract is solidified. This involves documenting the agreement in a formal contract. Subsequently, the parties move on to the performance phase, where the cargo is loaded onto the agreed-upon vessel.

Our core activities include marine support, ship brokering, ship operation, chartering, and trading. The company initially started as a ship broker, serving principal clients in the local marine, oil, and gas industry, including Petronas, Shell Malaysia Trading, and Esso Production Malaysia. Over time, it has diversified into ship-owning and maritime trade, collaborating with major market players such as Felda Holdings for palm oil trading and marine transportation in the late 1990s, as well as Petronas Dagangan for bulk cargo and the carriage of Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) from the early 2000s to the present.
Currently, we are engaged with other key market players, including TNB Fuel, Sime Darby, Petronas Carigali, UMW Petrodrill, and Felda Bulk.
The company has extensive experience in owning and operating a fleet of coastal LPG carriers under long-term time charters with Petronas for LPG transportation across Southeast Asia. Additionally, we operate bulk carriers on spot and voyage charters, serving First-Class Oil Majors and other clients.
